What we do
01/04

We keep the records for cargo you store on behalf of other companies — from the truck at the gate to the signed document.

Every delivery becomes a batch: the system remembers whose cargo it is, how many packages are left and which warehouse they sit in.

Warehouse occupancy in square metres calculates itself — from the size of the packaging and the height of the stack.

At month end, the storage statement and the official warehouse forms are built from the same data, with no second spreadsheet.

Operations

Cargo movement turns into finished documents and figures: period reports, official forms, registers, statistics per client. The longer you use it, the more the system knows: fields fill themselves, history builds up, and entering an operation takes minimal time.

  • Documents are produced automatically
  • Complete records, fields fill in on their own
  • Extended mode for goods tracked piece by piece

Warehouses

Occupancy in m² is calculated from real stock and package dimensions. Each warehouse is split by client: who takes how much right now.

  • Stock by batch and by client
  • Capacity and free area
  • How long stock has been in the warehouse

Storage statements and official forms

The storage statement for a period is calculated for each batch: days inside the month, grace days, the client’s rate. The same data prints the MX-1, MX-3 and other forms, with company details pulled from the Russian tax service (FNS) by tax ID (INN).

  • Monthly, or on your own schedule
  • Grace days and discounts
  • MX-1, MX-3 and other forms fill in automatically

Where we are heading

Address-level storage: row, rack and tier for every pallet, with a put-away route and picking by address. Then integrations: exporting sales to 1C (accounting software) and receiving client requests from Bitrix24.

  • Address-level storage — in development
  • 1C:Accounting — in development
  • Bitrix24 — in development

Three steps, at your pace

01 - 3 to 10 days

We analyse your data

We study the data you provide, prepare a report and formats, and estimate the timeline and scale of the migration. When needed, we work directly with warehouse operators to match the data precisely.

02 - 2 to 5 days

We prepare the data migration

We clean the data and convert it to the system’s format, load it into a test environment and check it against your original reports. You see the result before launch.

03 - 1 to 3 weeks

Testing and refinement

Your operators work in the system on real operations, we collect feedback and quickly tune the app to fit you. We keep iterating until the process runs smoothly.

We’ll show the system on your data

We’ll go through your operations and show how they fit into the system. No slides, no template data
